I wonder if the tens of millions of dollars spent on the political effort to make gay unions illegal was spent on 24x7 prayer and permanent establishment of IHOP's in California, if it might have had a better impact for the Kingdom of God. Obviously the Mosaic Covenant approach of imposing the Law which sinners cannot keep is not producing a harvest of souls for the Lord. It seems only to have empowered demonic powers, enraged people groups, and provoked the spirit of witchcraft to attack the church. It doesn't help that state regulation of acknowledgment of marriage has its very roots in racism. There never was a 'sanctity of marriage' in regards to statutes. The reality is that marriage laws have always been a tool to supress minorities and deny legal rights to those desiring to live in peaceful union. A shallow investigation of the matter would prove this out - and would reveal a sad ignorance of history on the part of the alleged Christians who tried to use mutilation to bring about the kingdom of God on earth. Isn't that defined as rebellion against the authority which constitutes you - which is the same as witchcraft?
